Pine Mountain and Harris County are a state designated Entrepreneur friendly community.
All businesses in the town limits of Pine Mountain are required to have a business license. Business license are not issued until an inspection of the business and business premises is completed by the inspector of Harris County. Businesses that sell and serve beer, wine, distilled spirits and/or alcoholic beverages are required to obtain an alcohol license. The Town clerk will assist you in making sure that your business complies with all applicable Town ordinances.
